Some furniture no longer fits your home but still works. Before you discard it, we'll look at its condition together.
A sturdy frame, complete parts and usable surfaces matter more than the original purchase price. Show us the piece as it will be ready for collection; signs of wear belong in the description too.
We can confirm acceptance only after assessment. A photo alone is therefore not a promise to collect it.
HOW YOUR FURNITURE GOES ON
A social contribution that begins with you.
Not every unwanted piece of furniture belongs in the bin. We hand usable pieces to companies that transport them to Africa, receiving no sales proceeds. For us, this is social responsibility in our daily work: collection is a paid service, and good furniture can continue to be used elsewhere.
We cannot promise to pass on every piece. Condition, completeness, safe usability and current demand are decisive. Photos of the whole front, back and any damage help us assess it. Give dimensions and say whether it is already dismantled too.
We confirm acceptance before collection. Please do not put furniture out without arranging it. The collection appointment, carrying help and price are agreed beforehand. You pay the same price for collection and removal as for disposal with the same service scope, even if suitable pieces are then passed on.
WHEN PASSING IT ON DOESN'T FIT
Disposing of old furniture: agree the route first.
Broken, unusable or unaccepted furniture needs a suitable disposal route. For furniture from a private household, BSR bulky waste collection is one option. What is accepted, how to leave it ready and what costs arise must be settled beforehand.
Commercial transport must not be assumed to qualify for free delivery to a BSR recycling centre. We check the permitted solution with you and agree the scope before the job.

Can every piece of furniture be donated?
No. We assess condition, completeness, safe usability and demand. Acceptance is agreed before collection.
Do you earn money from donated furniture?
For collection and removal, we receive the agreed price just as we would for disposal. We earn nothing from the furniture we pass on itself: we hand it to companies that transport it to Africa without receiving sales proceeds.
Where does the donation go?
We hand suitable furniture to companies that transport it to Africa. Our customers pay for collection; subsequently passing the furniture on is our contribution to reuse. No particular recipient country or person is promised here.
