Want to know what your transport costs? Describe the furniture and both places. We check the route, access and carrying help. Then you receive a quote with the suitable service scope.
WHAT MATTERS
The drive is one part of the job.
For calculation, we review the job from collection to handover: where is furniture ready, which parts come along and who loads? Then distance, floors and walking routes are added. An extra collection stop is planned as part of the route if you mention it beforehand.
We initially need postcodes, furniture count and ideally dimensions. Then we agree more exact addresses, building access and collection time. Tell us if the vehicle cannot stop directly at the entrance or furniture needs dismantling.
Waiting time, extra trips, dismantling or assembly are not implicitly included extras. Before the job we discuss what you handle yourself and which services you request.
TRANSPORT AND CARRYING
How much help do you need?
We'll discuss it beforehand so everyone knows who's doing what.
You help carry.
You and the driver carry together. This works only if the weight, access and your help are suitable.
Two staff members carry.
Two staff members handle the agreed carrying service. We assess the furniture, floors and walking routes for this.
A driver and customer are not two employees. Dismantling, assembly and extra stops are included only if we expressly agree them.

What you should know beforehand.
Is carrying always included?
We distinguish vehicle and driver with your own loading, carrying together with the driver and two staff members. These options have different scopes. A driver and customer are not two employees.
What does collection for reuse cost?
Collection and removal are paid services. For the same service scope, we charge the same price as for a disposal job. We agree it beforehand. We then deliver furniture in good condition to companies that transport it to Africa; we earn nothing from the furniture itself.
Is the enquiry already a booking?
No. We check your details and preferred date. Only after agreeing the quote and expressly confirming the date is the job bindingly agreed.
