Even one piece of furniture deserves well-planned transport.
Furniture transport involves more than the drive. The piece must leave the old home, pass doors and the stairwell, then enter the destination. We ask about dimensions, weight, floors, lifts and the route between house and vehicle. This helps assess how much help your job needs.
Also describe whether the furniture is already dismantled. A long wardrobe shelf needs different access from an assembled wardrobe. Keep loose shelves, drawers and screws complete. We discuss dismantling and reassembly separately if you want to request help with them.

PRICE AND COLLECTION
What does transporting your furniture cost?
A transport quote describes the drive and work at both addresses. It accounts for your furniture's space needs, access and requested staff. If extra collection is needed or waiting time is expected, we include these details in the calculation. The stated price thus refers to an understandable scope.
Mention extra collections in your enquiry straight away. If a sofa is collected from one seller and a table at a second address, the route must include both stops. Postcodes provide initial guidance; exact addresses help with further planning.
For a Kleinanzeigen purchase, you agree condition, price and payment with the seller yourself. Transport needs an agreed collection appointment and reachable contact. For furniture store collection, ready packages and required collection documents matter.
