Enquiry form

You can first check your details in the window. While the form is not enabled, these details are not sent to the business. Once enabled, only selecting “Send non-binding enquiry” transmits your transport and contact details to the server, where they are stored encrypted and forwarded to the email recipients designated by the business.

The details are used to process your enquiry and prepare a possible order. An enquiry is not yet a booking. The stored enquiry is deleted after 30 days. Emails already forwarded are managed separately in the business mailbox.

WhatsApp and phone

The WhatsApp selection prepares a message solely in your browser. Only selecting “Open in WhatsApp” takes you to the external WhatsApp service. The prepared message is then passed to WhatsApp; you add photos and send it yourself there. The relevant provider's notices apply to processing by WhatsApp. A phone call also starts only when you choose it.

Language selection

Your language selection is saved locally in your browser. On your first visit to the home page we take your browser's language settings into account. You can change your selection at any time in the language menu.

Fonts, images and tracking

Fonts, icons and images are loaded from the website directory. No analytics or tracking services are embedded. The customer form does not set a tracking cookie. The protected administration area uses a session cookie limited to eight hours.

Hosting and email

When you visit the website, the hosting provider processes technical connection data such as your IP address, access time and the URL you open to keep the website operating securely. Transport enquiries are stored on this server and forwarded through the configured email provider when delivery is enabled.

Purposes and your rights

We process your details to answer your enquiry and prepare a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Technical security data supports the secure operation of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability where the legal requirements are met. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. To do so, use the contact details in the legal notice. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.

Google Maps

The Google links lead to an external service. No Google map loads automatically on this website. You connect to Google only when you open a link; Google’s privacy information applies there.
