Which dimensions do we need for your couch?
Send the sofa's width, depth and height. For a corner sofa, add the lengths of the long and short sides. Say whether sections separate and whether feet, armrests or backrest have already been removed. A sofa bed can be heavier than it looks in a photo; include its pull-out mechanism in the description.
A front and side photo often show more than a model name. Whether the couch fits through doors, stair landings and lift also matters. An available lift does not mean it has room for the sofa. At tight spots, passage dimensions and a route photo help.
How does the couch get from room to vehicle?
If the couch is at the agreed loading point, you can handle loading and unloading with your own helpers. If it should be collected from inside, say whether you can carry with the driver or want two staff members. With your assistance, one employee comes; your support is planned for carrying.
For collection and delivery, give the floor, lift and route from the home to the vehicle. Include side wings, rear buildings or longer courtyard paths. We agree where collection begins and where the sofa should be placed.

Check the route briefly before buying
For a two-section corner sofa from a home without a lift, both sections must fit through the stairwell. At the destination, also establish whether each section fits in the lift. Measure every section, not just the assembled couch's width, and clarify with the seller how parts will be ready for collection. If your old sofa should also be collected or disposed of, list that request separately.
