WELL PREPARED IN TEMPELHOF-SCHÖNEBERG

Ready for collection is the key phrase.

Friedenau is a neighbourhood of Tempelhof-Schöneberg. But a delivery address in Friedenau does not say which store releases the goods. In your enquiry, separate the furniture store's collection point from your delivery address.

Check that all items are released for collection and what documents the release point requires. Also send the package list with count and dimensions. The assembled furniture's dimensions do not reliably describe the packaged order.

Planning example: collection release for the order

A shelving order is going to Friedenau. The order confirmation gives the product name but no collection release yet. Once the goods are ready, the exact release point, package count, dimensions and required authorisation are added. Only with these details can the collection appointment be agreed specifically.

BEFORE YOUR TRANSPORT

Your questions
in Tempelhof-Schöneberg.

Can I request IKEA collection?

Yes, give the store, package dimensions and confirmed collection status. We offer an independent transport enquiry and are not an official IKEA partner.

Do you also assemble the collected furniture?

Assembly is not automatically included in collection. Describe your assembly request with model and scope so it can be assessed and agreed separately.

Who brings the furniture store packages from the vehicle into my home?

This is agreed with collection: you can load and unload yourself, carry with the driver or request two staff members. Package dimensions, floor and access determine the suitable carrying plan. An assembly request is added with model and scope.
