WELL PREPARED IN LICHTENBERG

Heavy appliances are not ordinary boxes.

Delivery to Karlshorst or Rummelsburg is in Lichtenberg district just like an address in Alt- or Neu-Hohenschönhausen. For heavy appliances, a clear description matters alongside the destination: which model is being moved and in what condition is it ready for collection?

Follow the relevant manufacturer's manual for preparation. Write what has already been done and what still needs clarification. Moving the appliance and possible work on water or electricity connections are separate points.

Planning example: washing machine model details

A used washing machine is moving from Lichtenberg to Karlshorst. Initially there is only a front photo. The enquiry is supplemented with model name, dimensions and appliance preparation details. With the floor and photos of possible tight spots, the requested carrying scope can then be discussed.

Your questions
in Lichtenberg.

What details do you need for a washing machine?

Send the model name, dimensions, known weight and access details. Add how the appliance is prepared for collection so staffing and carrying needs can be agreed.

Does transport also include disconnecting or connecting?

Connection work is not automatically part of transport. State your needs explicitly and establish before the appointment what preparation is required and who handles the work.

How is carrying help for a heavy washing machine decided?

Give model, known weight, floor and tight spots. The basic options are your own loading and unloading, carrying with the driver or two staff members. Which option works for the actual appliance and access must be checked and agreed before the appointment.
